Had an amazing time with friends! We loved the free breakfast and friendly staff. Exploring the area was easy. we enjoyed the iconic Niagara City Cruises and a ride on the SkyWheel for stunning views. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the bus terminal. We had early check-in and even left our car after checkout to visit more attractions. Overall, a great stay!

Our room had some issues. The keys didn’t work a couple of times, which was frustrating. Also, one of the toilets leaked, and some lights didn’t work in another room. But we made the best of it.

The stay included two nights in a Standard Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, and while the pool was clean and at a perfect temperature, the overall experience left much to be desired. The proximity to the parking spot was beneficial, allowing me to easily monitor my car. However, the common areas were poorly managed. I encountered a loud group after curfew, while my daughter also slipped on trash in the dirty back lot. Additionally, witnessing a dog urinating on the mat without cleanup was disappointing.

Amazing stay! The amenities were excellent, especially the cozy bed and fluffy pillows. I really enjoyed the good breakfast and the clean swimming pool. Would stay again!

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and the indoor swimming pool. On my first stay, staff helped me with taxi tips, making me feel welcome. I’m coming back for a holiday!

It was just a proper fit for a short stay in Niagara Falls with good value for price. The complimentary hot breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise and helped kickstart our mornings. Make sure to arrive early for breakfast to avoid the rush.

The staff were incredible. They brought crayons and a picture for my son during breakfast to keep him entertained. The breakfast itself was freshly cooked with a pancake machine which was a hit with him.

I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. it was tasty with tons of options. the pool area looked nice, even though i didn’t get to use it. waking up early to see the falls was a highlight!

I loved how my family enjoyed the close proximity to both the beautiful falls, which we reached in about 15 minutes on foot, and a variety of tasty restaurants that were only a short stroll away, making our stay convenient and enjoyable. The hotel also had attentive staff who made our visit memorable and a warm breakfast that started our mornings right.
